Remixed reel "gear" cover for mechanical wall clock

First step of modifying the existing tail remix to support automated winding using a motor. Following steps are to reverse the gear ratio on the tail to allow a low-power motor to effectively wind the reel through this remixed reel cover. Help gladly accepted from those with superior Fusion 360 skills and a better understanding of the more advanced features of that software package.
