RepWinder Clutch Mod

Created a modified clutch plate for the RepWinder. I was having issues with the clutch slipping too much and releasing all of its tension. This Mod allows for the use of a rubber washer to provide extra friction and allow more tension to be built up in the spring which will not be released when the clutch slips. The Rubber washers I found on McMaster Carr. https://www.mcmaster.com/90131A105/ I also recommend bending the tab on the spring back and wrapping some tape around it tightly. I was having issues where the tab would slip through the hole and release the tension. I used Polymide tape because that's what I had in that width. Put a good 3 or 4 wraps of tape around it so it doesn't come loose. Print instructions 100% Infill
