Repwinder - Shortened End Caps

I've shortened the end caps for the repwinder. For the locking screw version, I removed the ratchet as that should only be needed on one side. I then shortened it by 0.8mm. For the other end, I also shortened it by 1mm, and left an indent of 1mm for the nylon bushing. This gives a lot more play in the width, allowing for the whole spool to spin more freely. The main goal of this was to get them to fit better into the repbox. I've printed both, but only needed to use the locking end cap. After replacing all 5, they all fit in the box with a bit of space to spare. Print instructions 0.2mm 40% infill
