Resized wheel for 100 gram spools

This allows for larger balls of yarn to be wound on this. I moved the wheel size to 140mm diameter in usable size. This required resizing two parts, the wheel and the angled bar the wheel goes on. Additionally I remade the spool rod to match a manufactured one that really holds the thread better since it allows for 4 points of contact with the yarn.
