NOTE: There's a remix of this model by Habag111 that allows the M3 nut cutout to be printed without support. Please check it out here The original belt fastener gave me 2 problems: Not a lot of clearance between the bearing stack and the screw => not much room to fasten the belt before the screw hit the bearing stack. The nut by the bearing stack falls out easily and is hard to push back in. When trying to fix them I came up with the idea to fix the screw to the belt fastener block and use a knob with a nut to fasten the belt from the outside. The solution is inspired by the Sovol SV06's belt tensioning mechanism. This model moved the hex cutout from the inside to the outside of the fastener block and added a hole for the M3 screw's socket head in the inside. Printing instruction: Use standard The 100 printing profile from The Forgetful Dev official guild . Required: A knob for M3 nut ( Example ) 2x M3 nuts 1x M3x40mm screw (Shorter is fine too) Instruction: Before installing the bearing stack, insert the nut to the outside of the fastener block Screw the M3x40mm (or shorter) inside out and tighten as much as possible Install the fastener block into the channel of The 100 and screw the M3 nut knob from the front of the printer
