Revo Nozzle Holder V2/V0

Took the original, and replaced the back mounting peg with a hex key to fit the front skirt of a Voron V2 or V0 skirt. Note, the compactness of the original model is good for making the footprint small and out of the way, but it does make it a tight squeeze to get to back row. I designed the peg for easy removal/placement so you can properly pick out the nozzle and then put holder away. Did fix one issue in original, the holes on the front row were not as deep, made them all same depth as back row.
