Riot Mako Kayak storage removal mechanism

I really didn't like how the 2 small front compartments would hold water in the depressions. To dry these you have to remove the screw and hold the nut internally and reinstall after. I designed and 3d printed a resolution. These are a twist lock mechanism. I use a 5 x 15mm bolt for the bottom part. It is secured tightly and sealed water tight. For the removable container, it uses a 5 x 20mm bolt. It utilizes nylon washers to enable smooth turning for release. The bolt uses 2 nylon lock nuts, tightened against each other. The turn handle can be glued permanently or left removable. I can now remove the containers anytime for easy cleaning but they are held securely when in use.
