rod, tube and screw cutter for Dremel 3000

taking inspiration from @DETman's model https://www.printables.com/model/64586-rod-tube-and-screw-cutter-for-dremel and remixing the design file of @GreaseMonkey's model https://www.printables.com/model/1029160-rod-and-tube-cutter-for-dremel (thanks to both of them for the great work done before me) I created this model that fits perfectly on my Dremel 3000 I created a different system for cutting the screws (M3 and M4) which are the ones I have to cut most often, wanting to have the V-notch for the entire length of the stand. I also reduced the hole of the arm joint to fit smooth M8 bars (the ones I had at home) and I created a cap to stop the bar itself
