Rook 2020 Scalable 4:1 Belted Z (WIP)

This is a remix to add 4:1 geared belted z for the fully scalable rook. See Update - Rook 2020 4:1 Belted Z V4 for motor assembly pictures. You can use the original fully scalable feet also.
