Description
I wanted to make a decorative gift card holder that was multipurpose. I used Lucasfrit's Knitted Vase Coarse and Iyttas' Spiral Vase Rose and Stem in Vase Mode and combined them with a basic base, a ring, and sleeve. The Knitted Vase was uniformly scaled to 100mm in height (55mm in diameter). For the Spiral Rose Vase, use the 5mm rose with bottom (3x) and make stems in vase mode to match no scaling needed. The sleeve for the knitted vase should be a light press fit to the vase and the stem sleeve makes the bouquet quickly removable from the vase as a set so it can also be used as a pen holder. glue the stems to the roses and the vase to the base. for a nicer finish on the base, you can enable ironing. it doesn't clamp the gift card to the base although there is a relief for the card to sit in. I used a small piece of clear tape to secure the gift card.
