Description

Edit 30-Aug-2024: Corrected: No 15 Disp and Number were misaligned. Sorry. Edit 30-Jun-2024: improved magnet size gauge here : https://www.printables.com/de/model/928666-tolerance-compensating-magnet-gauge-for-neodym-dis Edit 23-Jun-2024: 2mm version(s) added in files section. Version A and B, one is slightly more open in front, so ask your printer what fits best. I recommend to make a test print, stop the print at about 10mm or so to judge the "seat" of the magnets. Who never dealt with NeoDyms and their strength dealt with flying magnets, destroying themselves, throwing out debris? Based on an idea which I saw recently I designed a pretty flexible system. Significant features: Robust and handy design. Modular design, easy to assemble. Built in thickness gauge! Make it single color, two color, embossed numbers or whatever you want. Magnets not falling out, nor pushing rows out. One opening. Changeable combination. Print-away your leftovers (e.hg. middle post). Combine fillers if you mismatch 360° total, dummy wedges of 15°, 30° and 45°, also totally flexible for extension or exchange. Designed with TinkerCad, printed on Prusa MK4 (MMU3) and Bambu Lab A1 (AMS lite). Used PLA. I recommend best LH 0.2mm. Each dispenser segment consists of the Magnet_Disp_x and a corresponding Magnet_Disp_xN like in “number”. You can select printing e.g. 3 versions: Main Part and Number as one part, “Number” (0.8mm high) stands 0.2mm over the top of the part. Color Number if you have MMU or AMS or ERCF. Main Part only, which brings a 0.6mm deep number recess. Main Part and Number as one part, make color change last 0.2mm. Main Part only, make color change last 0.6mm.
