RP250 Black & Decker Router Guide Bushing for 1/4" (6.35mm) Shank Bit

Created this custom guide bushing for the RP250 since this router is not compatible with the standard circular guide bushings. This router has what is known as a "Double-D" opening rather than a true circle. This guide bushing plate is designed to fit the unique "Double-D" / (circular with flat edges) recessed opening in the RP250 base. It allows you to use a guide bushing setup for template routing without needing expensive proprietary adapters. This guide bushing is specifically designed to provide an exact 2.00mm offset between the bit and outer bushing stem when paired with a standard 1/4" (6.35mm) router bit. Use this 2.00mm offset when working with template patterns. Technical Specifications Bushing Outer Diameter (OD): 10.35 mm Bushing Inner Diameter (ID): 8.00 mm (Safe clearance for 1/4" bits) Resulting Offset: 2.00 mm Plate Thickness: 2.00 mm (Designed to sit flush or slightly recessed in the base) Required Hardware Screws: 2x M5 x 10mm (or 12mm) Flat Head / Countersunk Machine Screws. These should already be used on the router to attach the vacuum shroud. The model features 10.5mm countersinks to ensure the screw heads sit below the plate surface. Note: If using the original M5 screws from your router, ensure they are the countersunk type to avoid snagging on your template. Print Settings Material: PETG (Recommended for durability and heat resistance) or PLA+ / Pro. Infill: 100% (Solid). Walls/Perimeters: 4 to 5.
