Rugged Pinecil bottom insert, pinecil+stand

I wanted a bottom insert that didnt have the cable slot but instead had the spool/stand holder and as far as I could tell neither of them had one so I cut the cable holder out and replaced it with the spool/stand holder. Based on designs from Termiman and PJotrStrog.
