Even the shortest bits do not fall out if the box turned upside-down when closed, add some thin foam in the lid to secure more if needed or you want silent transport. Print 0.20-0.28mm layer height on 0.4-0.6 nozzle, you might find if you print on a large layer height & with a 0.6 nozzle you might need to quickly run a 6.5mm drill bit down the holes to reel them out for an easy fit. Print in what you like, I recommend PETG for the clips as it'll flex a bit more than PLA or ASA. You'll need x6 20mm M3 bolts.
