Description
The handles on the Ryobi RE600 are apparently easily smashed and Ryobi no longer sells replacement handles. So now you can print your own. Make sure to print it so that the Z-axis will be compressed by your hand as you grip the handle, as it is setup in the 3mf file. The picture attached shows the model printed with a 'fuzzy skin' on the grips, which might be a matter of taste. You can remove it in the slicer if you like. When printing, I suggest using carbon-fibre PET-G, as these will be supporting the weight of the router. I suggest using 25% gyroid infill. Supports are a must unfortunately. You'll need to mirror the print to make the handle for the other side. FreeCAD file is attached if you need to make any tweaks.
