Description

This is a simple mountable masterkey blaster with a modular design. *** I’ve updated the main body of the Stim blaster to make putting the brass inserts in Easier. you Will need hardware ***For the plunger tube I used 1.25"OD T8 fluorescent tube light guard. Some light sanding may be needed to get the plunger tube in to the STIM core If it seems tight. X4 m3 35 screws for the bottom and x4 m3 25 screws for the top. small washer and screw (for plunger head) I used a m3 washers and a Nerf screw. x8 brass inserts. To get the inserts in place I just used long 3m screws to pull them into place by tightening them from one end holding the brass insert to keep it from spinning it should pull itself into place. Be careful not to damage the STIM core during this process. I did not use a soldering iron. I will include a picture of this process. You could also use threaded rod to hold the whole thing together if you wanted to use stronger springs. But I have not tested this. Spring. I found that the delta trooper or retaliator upgrade spring will shoot any ammo type even demolisher rockets. I’ve even tested it with silly shells and it worked well. rubber washer super glued to the plunger head face. the blaster uses 3 O-rings. One for the top tube seal, one for the plunger head and one that sits inside whatever barrel you choose To create the seal. I’ve experimented with different sizes and found that many different sizes will do the job and it won’t require super specific o rings as long as a seal is made. i suggest experimenting with different sizes. as for the pull ring and rod you will need to drill a hole through the rod once the pull ring is in place With a small sized Drill bit. you will want a nut on that screw. But the holes should be tight enough you won’t necessarily need one as long as the screw is long enough to pass through both the pull ring and rod. lots of superlube. if you would like to purchase a hardware kit from me please reach out. my email is [email protected] or message me on instagram @outsidetoy
