Sanding Block 115x140, slightly improved

I really like the overall design and the comfortable grip shape of the original. This is my slightly improved version of a sanding block based on PointNemo's design. I printed mine with eSun PLA matte mandarine which has a nice soft touch. Need other dimensions or have comments on how to improve? Let me know! Update 2023-12-17: Revised knob with smoother top surface and improved thread. Improvements: Knob has a flush surface to rest your palm on. Use a large screwdriver or a coin to tighten. The interface between top and bottom is bevelled so that the bed self-aligns and slightly pulls in the sandpaper. Print the top part upright to get a clean surface and better grip. Printing parameters: Resolution: 0.2 mm (top), 0.15 mm (bottom and knob) Perimeters: 4 Infill: 15%, Gyroid files in print orientation organic supports for top recommended (see photo) Assembly: added some thin rubber sheet to the bottom, cork also works
