Schumacher Cougar Classic / Cougar 2 Works Front Caster Blocks

Front caster blocks (spindle mounts) for the Schumacher Cougar Classic / Cougar 2 / Cougar 2 Works buggy. This design is pretty similar to the original (I took some liberties with the drafts). Tap the mounting hole with a M3 tap (there is a slight chamfer/draft to the ball stud hole like the original). Ream the hinge pin holes with a 1/8" drill bit. Depending on your build plate orientation and material this may be tight (you can start with a 3 mm drill bit first). NOTE: I have printed an earlier revision that led to this design, but I have not fully printed this latest version yet.
