Scoop N Bag remix

Had some issues printing steve__3d's original model in my preferred material (ABS) and made some changes to make the printing process easier. Print the scoop itself upright as the original model, orient the sieve plate flat on the plate as in the picture. The .stl files should already be oriented correctly. Added both clips without modification to have all the needed printing files combined.
