STLs All files are in correct Z orientation Main (Use one of the following) + main.stl (for ~22.5mm handlebar) + main-short.stl (shorter stem) + main-32mm.stl (for ~32mm handlebar) * jaw.stl * screw.stl Clip (Use one of the following) + clip.stl (for ~22.5mm handlebar) + clip-with-loop.stl (use this if you want to hang a bag on your scooter that uses velcro loops, and you don't have any space left on the handlebar) + clip-32mm.stl (for ~32mm handlebar) Screws & Nuts * 4x M4x20 * 8x 10mm Washers * 4x M4 Nuts * 1x M4x50 (screw this inside the printed screw to strengthen it) About the design This is originally designed to fit Xiaomi M365 Pro scooter which has ~22.5mm diameter handlebar. But should fit on most bikes or scooters that have a straight handlebar. It needs 45mm of handlebar space. Phone sizes I've tries are from small iphone 5 to large "max" sized iphones. If you need a custom size... Comment if your handlebar is much bigger than 22.5mm, and i can give you updated STL. :) My handlebar diameter is 22.5 mm, but it should fit few mm bigger handlebars as well. For smaller diameter, you can use rubber padding. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0,3 or less Infill: 20% or higher Notes: No supports needed, and all files are in correct Z orientation. For extra strength increase Perimeters to 3 (or more) instead of infill (20% is enough). Category: Mobile Phone
