Description
🌱 Seed Packet Organizer (Eco-Lightweight & Support-Free) Keep your seeds perfectly organized! This minimalist and highly functional organizer was designed from scratch with a focus on absolute 3D printing efficiency (DFAM). No unnecessary material waste, no supports—just a clean, practical design. 🎯 Purpose and Use This model is designed to provide clear and accessible storage for seed packets, perfect for gardeners and growers. Perfect overview: Thanks to the deep central U-cutout, you can immediately read the labels on your seed packets across all compartments. Easy handling: The cutout allows you to easily grab packets with two fingers, even when they are at the very bottom of the box. Versatility: The central opening is narrowed to 55 mm, meaning it safely holds even narrower packets (70 mm and wider) without them falling through. ✨ Key Features Eco-Lightweight construction: This model requires ZERO classic infill. The wall thicknesses are mathematically optimized for a standard 0.4mm nozzle. The outer walls and bottom are 1.2 mm thick (exactly 3 perimeters/walls), and the internal dividers are 0.8 mm thick (exactly 2 perimeters). The result is an incredibly rigid part with minimal filament consumption and fast, continuous print paths. Ergonomics (No sharp edges): The inner top edges of the U-cutout feature a smooth 5mm fillet. There are no sharp 90-degree corners to scratch your fingers when pulling packets out. 🖨️ Printing Instructions This model is the epitome of stress-free printing. Supports: STRICTLY OFF. All overhangs and curves are designed to print perfectly in mid-air (angles ≤ 45° and smooth radii). Orientation: Print flat on its bottom. Layer height: 0.2 mm or 0.28 mm (for a faster print). Nozzle: Designed primarily for a standard 0.4 mm nozzle. Perimeters / Walls: Set to 3 (this ensures the entire geometry is printed as solid, continuous walls without tiny gap-fills). Material: PETG (recommended for durability and slight flexibility of the dividers), PLA (works perfectly fine), or ASA/ABS. Adhesion (Brim): Due to the large rectangular footprint, if you are printing with a material prone to warping (like PETG or ABS), adding a 5 mm Brim is highly recommended.
