shaft gear for garage door head key automation viper led vip10u

This is the gear for the garage door head from key automation, in particular is for the model Viper led vip10u, but can be valid from other models of the brand. This is a gear with strong work load, you need to use a technical filament, in my case I am using ASA with a Hotend of 0.4mm, probability with a 0.2mm you will get strong prints because the current one have only 1 wall lop in the external gear tooths. with this filament and a P1S the gear currently is working fine. The design is done in openSCAD, you need a nightly to support multiple polyhedron in the same pieze, I am using 2026.03.08.nightly (git 1e5d8ca) The openscap file is using vars and comens in spanish, use a online translator if you need.
