Shimano parametric tube lock

The stock friction-fit tube lock on my hydraulic bleed kit kept slipping off, so I designed a simple parametric adapter in Onshape that mechanically captures the bleed port nut for better retention instead of relying on oily tube friction alone. This designed is optimize for a Shimano 105 brake caliper (BR-R7070), but I'm sure would be compatible with many other brakes as well. This combines: • Tube retention • Nut engagement • Lock / unlock leverage I’m sure this concept already exists in some form, but this version is fully parametric and should adapt to a wide range of bleed kits, tubing ODs (metric / imperial), and hex sizes. Parametric Onshape file Materials: • PETG recommended • Resin if available • PLA works for prototyping, but I wouldn’t trust it long-term Free / open source.
