Simple 6 Bearing Silly Collet BCAR

Pretty simple, a bcar with 6 bearings. Uses the same 3x7x3 F683ZZ flanged bearings and 3x14mm pins as most of Misplaced Moose's bcars, because it uses the same geometry.
