Description

I'm building this gearbox as a tiktok series where I add one gear every episode, and now the models are available so you can do it yourself! The gear provided has a 60:20 gear ratio, or simplifed 3:1. This means that if one gear spins one time, the other one spins 3 times as fast. If you add more gears, the ratio will increase exponentially. For example when you have a total of 10 gears, and spin the last one, the first gear spins 59049 times as fast! Update: I have remodeled the gears, they are way better now. Please know that the new gears are NOT compatible with the old gears/the spacer. The sideplates and axles have stayed the same and are compatible with both the old gears and the new gears. INSTRUCTIONS: -YOU NEED TO PRINT 2 SIDEPLATES! (one called sideplate_2 and sideplate+axle___mm!!! -You can add as many gears as you want. If you want a version with a longer axle, just tell me and ill publish the file! -Supports are not needed -Assembly is easy and doesn' t need any instructions. I also added a additional spacer gear, but it is not necessarily needed. THE TEXT ON THE GEAR IN THE COVER PHOTO IS REMOVED ON THE MODEL!
