Description
To customize the threads for T-Nuts i could not find a OpenSCAD - Version, so i made one with M2, M2.5 and M3 threaded nuts as well as one version for heat inserts. You can use this T-Nuts with the system from 6d6178 and customize the nuts in OpenSCAD (size of screw, oversize of threads, use of heat insert) The version for the inserts is prebuild for ruthex RX-M2x4, (outer diameter 3.6mm, length 4mm). For your convenience i added a testplate with the Skadis guide, so you can test the nuts and i made several prebuild nuts with different oversize values for the threads. For example skadis_t-nut-m3_15 is a nut with M3 threading and 0.15mm oversized thread. To customize the nuts in OpenSCAD you need the great BOSL2 - library for OpenSCAD ( https://github.com/BelfrySCAD/BOSL2 ). Printing: Layer height should be not greater then 0.12mm. The thread has to be in the z-axis. I use PETG or PLA, but any material should be fine.
