Small Wide Spool for Samples

I like the design of those Bambu spools and I needed a sample spool that's pretty wide (close to the usual 1kg width). I don't need a normal sized spool for like 100-300g of filament tho, so I've slightly modified this lovely design to be smaller but keep the width. This will obviously make it INCOMPATIBLE with AMS . But it will still be compatible with Bambu-dedicated spool winders . It's just meant to be a small wide reusable sample spool, nothing more. It does NOT use the locking shim. My spool locks so tight I have trouble separating the parts, but if your spool is somehow loose, glue it together . But it shouldn't need glue at all. It's meant to be used with spool winding mechanisms since bigger samples are often loosely thrown into a bag and tangled too much to put them on the spool as is. Hence why gluing won't take away functionality. I made two versions diameter-wise - one smaller by 15mm (bigger) and one smaller by 20mm (smaller) than the original design. Use whichever fits your samples better, the -20mm will probably be less wasteful. The bigger one is quite big. I've also made a smaller + thinner (44mm inner width) version for those that prefer a thinner spool. It will fit spool winders that allow for 44mm spools. You won't put enough weight on it to warrant more, but I'd still use 3 perimeters to be on the safe side. I use stock MK4 0.3 settings and up the perimeters to 3. Changelog: EDIT (12.07.2023): I've added a 44mm inner width version. I've seen a remix of the filament carriage sled for the Bambu Spool Winder that allows to use 44mm spools. So I made a compatible version, as a thinner spool is gonna be very useful to a lot of people.
