Snap-Fit Raspberry Pi 3 B+ Case with Custom 25×25×7 mm Fan Support

This project is a remix of Malolo’s screw-less / snap-fit Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ case and stands, adapted to better suit my specific hardware requirements. The main motivation for this remix was the use of a very specific fan, sized 25 × 25 × 7 mm, which did not fit into the original design. To accommodate this, I made several custom modifications, including adjustments to internal clearances and the addition of custom ventilation openings to improve airflow while keeping the case compact and clean. The fan is designed to be friction-fit / snap-fit, meaning no screws or glue are required. When adapting the design for other fans or motors, the general rule is to allow approximately 0.5 mm of clearance from the actual measured size of the component, in addition to normal printer tolerances. To make this easier for others, I’ve included the FreeCAD source file, so the model can be quickly adjusted for different fan dimensions.
