Snowman arm for 3d-printy snowman (and maybe pumpkin)

not really a remix, but a new arm. this is printable without brim (95% of the time does ok). i wanted a short printable arm. also, i MIRROR this, if you want, so the left and right arm are symmetrical, see my photo, i like it to look like a thumb is at the top... diameter of this is 4.96. i had started working with an arm that size. then, the insertion point, is about 3 mm long, at 5.1 diameter. 3d-printy has an insertion hole of 5.26 mm for the arm, and this one fits in snugly. fusion 360 file included, if you want to modify this. this arm fits the same chest of the 3-part model.
