Snowman/Penguin Hat Pins remixed

Snowman/Penguin Hat Pins remixed these snowmen and penguins, and their hats, are fantastic. I've started making them to give out as christmas gifts ! i then started making the different hats. there is the standard top hat, and then another hat model, the wool cap for snowman (fits on penguin also) HOWEVER, the pin inserts, in each of those hats, is a different size. the TOP HAT insert is of a larger size than the penguin head insert, and this is what the SNOWMAN-HAT-PINS fit into. but the wool cap for snowman has an insert, in the hat, that is the SAME SIZE oval as the penguin head (and snowman head) see my picture, see the top hat pin inserted, and teh wool cap pin inserted SO, i redesigned the "snowman hat pins". First, to make a model that fit into the wool cap. SECOND, i trimmed off the curved part of the ovals, so that it made for easier insertion and printing (if you print the pin as a full insert to the head/hat oval, it may be hard to insert). but by trimming off the oval ends, you still have plenty of support area for both the hat insertion, and into the head. I made the smaller pin with a SLIGHT oval side extension, more as a measurer so you know that when inserted into the hat flush with that oval side-tab, you have exactly half the pin inserted into the hat. I then super-glued (sparingly) the pins into the hats, and they are then easily inserted into the penguin or snowman head. if any of this is confusing, post, and i will try to clarify. and a big thanks to all the snowmen/penguin/hat creators !! these have been a blast !
