Description

Micro USB powered extractor fan, for use when soldering or other activities where fumes need to be removed. Uses a 120mm x 25mm 24v fan, simple step up convertor board and switch, as listed bellow. Also needs two M3*3 threaded inserts, two M3*6 threaded inserts, two M3*4mm screws and two M3*8mm. I used 1cm thick carbon filters, cut to 120mm squared but this could be varied depending on your fan. To assemble simply slot Slider into Cartridge, after having inserted the larger threaded inserts, and slide into the Main Body. Secure with 8mm screws. Sandwich Fan and Fan Spacer (if using) between the two carbon panels and insert into Main Body. Finally, insert threaded inserts into Lid and attach with the 4mm screws. This may be okay for you but is worth checking.
