Soldering Helper 90-degree Version 2

This is a remix of RockyMtnMark's remix of Flubber001's original soldering helper. I found RockyMtnMark's version printed too loose when I used ABS. It may print well in PLA, I don't know because I didn't test it, but in ABS, the tolerances were too loose and I'd have to glue some parts to make it work as intended. With my attached files it prints with very tight tolerances in ABS. I also added a base with 12x3mm recessed holes so you can glue magnets in it if you want a more secure base.
