Solenoid Gryphon Neutron files, buffer tube, etc

These are files to adapt the Neutron solenoid instead of the FTW solenoid. Included are modified side panels and mech covers and pusher. Included my adaptation of the new buffer tube stock to the solenoid gryphon which is the rear cap and the actual buffer tube. I added spots for user to add brass inserts to the buffer tube to really hold it in place. The rear battery stock can be found in the normal gryphon files. Also included is a minimal muzzle to add an orange tip to the end of the blaster, a 0.36" voltmeter, and a max 40-39.5mm cage with the side picatinny mounts removed
