Description
This is a multi-scale model of a Southern Railway round roof bay window caboose, as built by Hayne Shop during WW2. Separate the floor from the body, roof walk, ladders, and smoke stack. Glue the smoke stack into the roof, using the spue to properly locate it in the hole. The roof walk and ladders can be installed if desired. The body has holes for wire grab irons, which the modeler will have to make and install. The body is designed to simply snap onto the floor, however gluing will result in a much stronger model. TT scale - Trucks and couplers are up to the modeler. The model is designed to accept either a Kadee #714 or a Micro-Trains #1025 coupler. N scale - Trucks and couplers are up to the modeler. The model is designed to accept Micro-Trains trucks and a #2004 coupler. Other scales - Ken wrote no instructions, good luck!
