SOVOL SV08 Extruder Fix (minimal) *updated*

*updated* Some people have reported that the rod which goes into the extruder idler gear on the extruder arm likes can become loose over time. The quick fix is to disassemble the extruder and manually push the rod back into place. This spacer helps keep that rod in place. I remixed this to minimize the amount of filament used. I have also included two experimental models that take the minimization even further. I have tested them both and currently have the smallest one in use.
