Speaker Dome Repair (1" tweeter) Vacuum Adapter

This little gadget saved me much anguish over an accidental reference speaker's tweeter dome collapse. This device's neck is for a 31mm vacuum hose. A hole is provided for feathering the vacuum. The dome I corrected was a fabric dome. There were no creases in the dome and a full vacuum of a mini dust-buster what was required. To start with, I used a Variac to control the shop-vac's power to see how much vacuum was required to start the deformation. The light vacuum was taking out a little of the dent at a time. Noticing no wrinkles, I went full bore for the final air-forming to conform to the dome this tool provides. Bottom line, this fully solved the crisis.
