Spin Ring with Finger Loop for Umikot (58mm) Espresso WDT Tool

Updated the upper spin ring of the Umikot WDT tool (58mm) to add a small finger hook for easier, faster operation. I've found that this makes it significantly smoother and faster to spin the ring this way instead of using either of the methods in the original model.
