Spool holder with bearing keeper and threaded end

Took the nut from s_gutz version and added threads to HugoG's. The attachment point wasn't changed. Added a bearing mount to prevent creeping up the mount side. Use the same bearings as the roller. Includes an optional washer that can be used to clamp the bearing on using an M4x10 or longer screw.
