Description
I crated these models as a low profile way to mount a filament spool to my WallControl pegboard. It keeps the filament feed close to the wall, allowing me to feed it behind a desk into my printers. I've been printing them out of PLA with no issue from the weight of a 1kg spool. The arm can accommodate up to a 77mm wide spool. I made the 3 tooth version first thinking it would be required for the weight, but I've switched to the 2 tooth version and I've had no issues. It's been a couple months. Print Instructions / Tips I've been printing these with a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer heights. I typically use 4 perimeters, 4 top/bottom layers, and ~40% adaptive cubic infill After printing, I've had to file or trim down the first layer area of the teeth (my Z has too much smoosh)
