Stability modification to 44mm tripod adapter

I added an overhang flange to the front and back of the adapter to help keep the telescope steady. The overhangs limit the front/back wobble of the telescope due to its weight. Suggested print orientation is on the side so the layers don't split from the weight of the telescope.
