Stanley MaxSteel Measuring Tape Holder - Peglock

This is a slight remix of @WDNick's Stanley Tape Measure Holder. It is a little longer and wider to accommodate the larger size of the MaxSteel tape measure. It uses the peglock type clips which you can easily find by searching.
