Starlink V3 R4 Flat Stud/Surface Mount

Our Rev3 Standard Actuated Starlink dish died on us and Starlink kindly upgraded us for free to V3 R4, which has a different mount. The pitch of our roof actually provided nearly perfect alignment so mounting “flat” to the roof surface is appropriate in our situation. This mount does not adjust so make sure your surface is positioned ideally. I wanted to be able to secure the mount but also remove and fit between the ribs on the roof of our shop. The grooved/cleated mount gets secured to the roof and then the other mount is connected to the Starlink itself, you then slide the Starlink with mount into grooved/cleated mount. I can't print in ASA yet so I printed in PETG for now. The mount itself is not exposed directly to sunlight in our case due to the mounting angle.
