Steam Deck Insert EU plug shortened

This adds three changes compared to the one made by Dave: 1. Make it 6mm shorter (so it fits in the slot better) 2. Remove the bars on the bottom as they don't seem to be doing anything and are prone to breaking 3. Make the dock slightly shorter so the Steam Deck does not rest on its screen. I feel like that's safer for the screen and let's you touch the screen a lot better 4. Remove the micro sd card slot. I prefer it this way so I can put any box I prefer in that area
