Stormbreaker tuned parts

Tuned parts for the Strombreaker. Unfortunately I figured out the orginal tolerances only after printing hammerhead 001, 002 and 003 so my printed parts are the original ones. Separate connection pieces also easen up scaling the model as the connection pieces can be separately scaled to achieve preferred tolerance.
