Description

I made this very specific to my own supplies and requirements, but other people on Sustanon may get some use out of it, or you can remix it as needed for your own ampoule/vial size! Because I travel a lot, I wanted my testosterone supply box to include a space for my sharps container as well as the usual supplies so that my sharps container isn't rattling around in my suitcase separately. Created to hold a sharps container 85mm wide and 2x Sustanon boxes 26mm deep, as well as multiple 3ml syringes and 1.5" drawing up and injecting needles. There's also a space for band-aids and alcohol wipes, and room next to the sharps container for a small hand sanitiser if needed. I wanted the option to keep the Sustanon in its box for those instances where I'm travelling overseas and need medication in its original packaging, and the slot will fit two of those side by side. When I'm at home, though, I prefer to unpack my ampoules from the box, so I also created an optional removable insert that can hold 6 ampoules at a time. Sustanon bottles have a diameter of 11mm and are 46mm high in total, but the main part of the ampoule is 25mm and the insert is designed to hold that part. The lid reads “ANTI-CISTAMINES” and the testosterone section of the inside of the box reads “BROTEIN JUICE” because I can't take anything too seriously :) I am very, very new to actually modifying 3D printing files, so I have absolutely no doubt there'll be a better way to do this that some clever person out there will remix this into. In particular, I probably had flexibility to increase the thickness of the walls somewhat, and will likely do that before my next print. However as long as you aren't planning on putting any pressure on those walls it will work fine as is. I printed in PLA Basic (first black, then Gradient Cotton Candy Cloud for those fabulous trans flag vibes) with the latches in PETG and it turned out great, I didn't need any supports. Per the original Rugged Box (Parametric) you will need 6x M3x30mm screws to complete. For the second print (the trans flag one) instead of screws I used the substitute M30 screws by jonas115 here , also in PETG, and they were perfect with a little glue. For the trans flag print I also printed the optional seal from the original design in TPU – no changes have been made to the size of the box, so that file from Rugged Box (Parametric) Size 200 x 185 x 60 V1 design will work perfectly if you want to include it, as will the lid if you want one without the writing on it.
