Support for both the Pi and Pi Camera on the left side of the MK2

I remixed the female x axis bracket from the Pi Camera Mount with the side support from the Modular Snap Together Pi Case to form a bracket that supports both the Pi and the Pi Camera (the backside of my MK2 was taken by the MMU1 upgrade).
