Sy's Peglock - Locking Pegboard System

This model uses my locking pegboard mount system for 1" standard pegboards. Magnet holes (if present) are designed for 10mm diameter, 3mm thick magnets. “Board Attachment” parts are universal to all models. Print with 3 perimeters and 0.3mm or thinner layer height for best results. I created this system of two interlocking parts after having many other printed pegboard mounts dislodge themselves at inopportune moments. This system levers into place and is locked down, compressing the mount against the board and preventing accidental movement. Included here are the test/template files, as well as the CAD for the base file I use to create mounts. Feel free to design your own mounts for the system and share them!
