Symbol of Ilmater

The symbol of Ilmater, based on the illustration by Wayne England! This was printed in tough resin at about 60% scale. To emulate the illustration, I painted the prints with Krylon Colormaxx Paint + Primer in metallic gold. I then wrapped DMC Soft Matte Cotton Thread in 2103 Red around the ring, glueing it with dots of Gorilla Glue to keep it in place. I used extra thread to keep the gold 7mm Bead Landing Jump Hoop in place, connecting the ring and the hands. I used a gold 6mm Bead Landing Pinch Bail to connect another jump hoop to the gold 23mm Bead Landing Lobster Clasp. Ilmater and other Forgotten Realms properties are owned by Wizards of the Coast.
