Description

Background: I have an Ender 3 Neo that's been pretty well-modded, one such being a bottom-mounted power supply , since I thought it was kinda hideous having it up and in the middle of the way. Part of this requirement is to raise the printer up a whole lot, and to do that, I made a previous design to use with the Makerzone shock-absorbent feet I bought. Although it achieved my hope of attaching itself to the printer (i.e. 'portable'), it negated the gripping properties of the rubber, and I didn't like that. So what the heck is this, and how do I use it? Now I've made a better design which goes between the printer and the foot, rather than the foot to the table! Thanks to this, it also enjoys more flexibility to be used for anything for which you might want 38mm of extra space, that utilizes the T-nut system to mount to an aluminum extrusion. To use it: First, run a M4x25mm screw thru the hole of this part, then use a suitable T-nut to attach it to the printer frame. After that, you can then likewise mount your printer foot (or again, any such accessory) via a T-nut to this part. Done!
