T-Shank Jigsaw Blade Holder for DDD Wall Control System

This model is an additional tool accessory for luma's “ DDD Printable Wall Control System ” for Wall Control's powder-coated, slotted metal pegboards. It stores up to 36 T-Shank jigsaw blades. The back row accommodates blades up to 1.8mm thick, while the front row is able to slightly-more securely hold thinner blades. The blade holder mates to the DDD System's 1x2 angle bracket flats (in left and right versions, as pictured in the render). Additionally, a 1x5 or 2x5 locking spacer can be installed between the angle brackets (against the pegboard) and a 16 x 2.5 mm threaded retention plug can be used to lock the bracket against upward motion off its mounting tabs. In addition to the T-Shank holder, angle brackets, locking spacer, and lock pin, six of the 10x4x4mm rectangular pins provided in the DDD System are required to attach the upper interfaces of the blade holder to the angle brackets. I printed mine in PETG using 0.2mm layers, 4 walls, and 20% infill. Supports are not necessary. Thanks to luma for the great mounting system!
